Cookie Policy
This notice explains how the Jarvis public site uses cookies, local storage, and third-party services during browsing, protected public access, checkout, and support ticket submission.
Last updated: 13 May 2026
Short version
Jarvis does not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies on the public site. No marketing cookies are set by Jarvis. The site may use essential cookies and local storage to protect private public pages, remember that you have seen the cookie notice, submit forms, and keep checkout/support flows stable.
Cookies and storage used by Jarvis
- jarvis_public_access
- A first-party signed access cookie. It is used only when the public site is protected by an access key or approved IP route, so follow-up static page and API requests can load without asking for the key again. It is essential for the requested protected site access. Default duration is configured server-side.
- jarvis_cookie_notice_v1
- A first-party local storage preference created when you press "Got it" on the cookie notice. It prevents the same notice from appearing on every page view. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
- Form and checkout context
- Public support tickets and Jarvis Unique requests are sent to the Jarvis API. The form data itself is not a cookie, but browser and security metadata may be recorded with the submission so operators can triage abuse, duplicate requests, and support context.
Third-party services
Jarvis checkout links may open Whop. Discord links may open Discord. Public pages load Google Fonts from Google font domains; this Google Fonts request may process technical request data. These providers may process technical request data or set their own cookies under their own policies once their services are loaded or opened.
Jarvis does not control third-party cookies set by Whop, Discord, Google, payment providers, or your browser extensions.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent protected pages, checkout redirects, or authenticated public access from working. If Jarvis later adds analytics or marketing cookies, they should not be set before consent.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the public site, checkout, or support flow changes. For questions, submit a ticket through the Jarvis support page or use the contact route shown in your checkout/invoice.
